This Unified Communications workshop is designed to provide an overview of various Cisco Collaboration tools. H.A.’s UC experts will demonstrate different ways to collaborate using a series of Cisco endpoints, as well as using Cisco UC soft client. We will conclude the workshop with a hands-on lab provisioning and setting up Jabber for Mac, PC and smart phones.

The hands-on lab experience gives a look into Cisco’s UC IT solutions including:
Provisioning Jabber
Showing route list, groups, and patterns for PSTN calls
Making outbound and incoming calls
Various call permission case scenarios using Partition/CSS
Please remember to bring a wireless laptop, equipped with your preferred web browser, to complete the hands-on lab exercises. Don’t forget your charger! Be sure your laptop has a USB 2.0 port, as well as 128 MB of free physical memory and 256 MB of free disk space.
